| 摘 要： | GGH是烟气脱硫系统的重要设备,可以在一定程度上缓解烟囱腐蚀。GGH堵塞是运行中常见的问题,不但增大脱硫系统阻力,增加电耗,而且还威胁机组的安全运行。通过对不同改造方案的分析可以看出,取消GGH虽然能够彻底解决GGH堵塞,并产生一定的经济效益,但改造后系统水耗增加,排烟温度降低,烟囱腐蚀加剧,对于地处缺水、冬季寒冷地区的电厂,必须经过详细的论证,并获得环保部门的批复才可执行。而将GGH换热元件更换为L型大波纹换热元件,GGH堵塞得到了有效控制,同时经济效益可观。

| Abstract: | GGH(gas-gas heater)is an important equipment of FGD. GGH blocking is a very common phenomenon, which not only increases the resistance of system, but also affects the regular safe operation of the boiler.
