摘    要:在PVA水溶膜的生产过程中,干燥系统中干燥参数的确定直接影响到膜的生产效率和品质。本文通过热风、红外联合干燥的三因子三水平正交实验,得到了各参数对三指标的显著水平及影响规律,提出了联合干燥的较佳组合工艺参数为:加热温度为70℃,热风风速为1.5m/s,红外管安装在烘箱的前端位置。

Abstract:In the process of making PVA water-soluble film,drying parameter will influence the production efficiency and quality of PVA film in drying system.The indexes of dehydrated PVA,dehydrating rate and energy consumption were evaluated through three-factor and three-level orthogonal design method.Orders of importance of three-factor were analyzed.By way of composite treatment of three indexes,the better combination consist was obstained : the temperature is 70℃,the speed of hot airflow is 1.5m/s and the position of the far infared is in the front.
