职业驾驶员心理应激及其影响因素的研究

以240名职业驾驶员为研究对象探讨了驾驶员的心理应激特点及其影响因素。结果表明：驾驶员的主要应激源是工作学习问题、家庭有关问题。在应对方式上,趋向于积极应对。在社会支持上,主观支持分明显高于客观支持分。EPQ得分与普通人群相比,E分较高,N分较低。SCL-90各因子分均值与全国常模相比,除躯体化、强迫、焦虑等项因子均值较高外,其他无显差异。

Researches on Professional Drivers'' Stress and Correlation of Factors

The study's objects were 240 professional drivers. It researched on the relationship between the drivers' stress and correlational factors. The result revealed that drivers' main stressors are problems concerned with their work and families. They are more active to copy with their stress and their scores in subjective support are higher than in objective one. Compared with national norm,their SCL 90 scores in other dependent variables are no significant differences except those higher scores in somatization,compulsion and anxiety.
