Fe/C60复合材料低温烧结扩散现象的扫描电镜研究

摘    要:用SFM研究了采用粉末冶金法合成的Fe/C60复合材料低温结的扩散现象。结果表明,烧结后C60由块状聚晶扩散形态针状或须状物,并分布于Fe粒子表面及缝隙中。

Abstract:The diffusion phenomena of Fe/C60 composites,which were fabricated by the PM method and sintered at lower temperature,were studied by SEM observation.Results showed that the C60 powder comprised of gathered crystals,after being sintered,diffused into whisker or needle-like phases and dispersed on the surface of Fe particles or among these particles.
