智能脱扣器无线通信接口的研究

摘    要:设计了一种塑壳断路器智能脱扣器的无线通信接口,在未改变原有CAN总线、RS-485总线接口和通信协议的基础上用无线通信方式替换有线通信。详细阐述了硬件系统的原理和具体的电路设计及所选元器件的相关特性,并对软件设计要点进行了介绍。试验表明,该接口通信稳定、抗干扰能力强,免去了配电柜内繁杂的接线,提高了系统的可靠性。

Research on Wireless Communication Interface for Intelligent Release

Abstract:This paper designed a wireless communication interface of intelligent release of moulded case circuit breakers. Instead of wired communication, the wireless communication interface does not change the original communication protocols which is based on CAN bus or RS -485 bus. The paper elaborated the hardware system, the specific circuit design and characteristics of the selected devices, also introduced the software' s point. The experiments show that this interface has a stable communication, strong anti-jamming capability, eliminating the need for complicated wiring in the distribution cabinet, and improving the reliability of the system.
