浅谈塑料模具分型面设计

在注射模具的设计中,分型面的设计很关键,其设计的结果将直接影响到模具结构、模具加工难度和模具制造费用。论述了分型面设计中的一些基本原则,并对一些常见的塑件产品,由于分型面的选择不当而造成的缺陷进行了分析研究,为一些典型塑件产品的模具设计提供了一定的理论基础,提高了模具设计效率,减少了塑件产品缺陷。

Discussion on Parting Surface Design of Plastic Mould

Parting surface selection is very important in injection mould design.The design result will directly affect the mould structure,mould processing difficulty and mould costs.This paper discussed some basic principles of parting surface design,analyzed the defects of plastic parts,which were resulted from improper parting surface.The work provides a theoretical basis for some typical plastic mould design,to improve the mould design efficiency,reduce the defects of plastic parts.
