国产AG-80 树脂杂质含量的分析

摘    要:采用化学分析方法, 测定了国产四官能度TGDDM 树脂(A G-80) 的各种形式的羟基和氯的含量及环氧值, 并结合文献报道的高压液相色谱(HPLC) 图, 定量给出了该树脂中各种结构的杂质含量。结果表明: 国产A G-80树脂中的羟基和氯的含量高于国外同类产品, 尤其是羟基的含量非常高, 环氧值及TGDDM 单体的含量与国外同类产品相比也较低。制备过程中避免水解的发生是提高国产A G-80 树脂的纯度和环氧值的主要方法。结果还表明:单纯依靠HPLC 谱不能全面定量地分析TGDDM 环氧树脂中的杂质, 但通过测定树脂中各种形式的羟基和氯的含量与HPLC 结合, 可以定量给出TGDDM 树脂中各类杂质的含量。

Abstract:The hydroxy and chlorine contents of a four functional epoxy resin, N,N,N',N' teraglycidy 4,4' diaminodiphenyl methane(AG 80), were determined by chemical analysis. According to the experimental results of the chemical analysis and the HPLC results reported in the literature, the concentrations of various impurities in AG 80 could be quantitatively given. It is shown that the hydroxy and chorine contents especially the hydroxy content in AG 80 are higher , and the contents of epoxy group as well as TGDDM monomer in AG 80 are lower than those contents in other TGDDM epoxy resins in the world market. The experimental results show also that the main way to enhance the epoxy group content in AG 80 is to avoid the hydrolysis of the resin during its production process, and the measurements of the contents of hydroxy and chlorine in different forms in the resins are useful for the quantitative determination of various impurities in TGDDM epoxy resins.
