| 摘 要： | 随着信息化建设步伐的不断加快,移动通信是私人信息传递的重要渠道,但是客户信息管理的安全性方面还存在很多问题,保护客户信息安全与隐私尤为重要。针对电信企业面临的挑战,提出了电信企业客户信息安全保护模型,重点从保护策略、技术保障两方面提出保护客户信息安全的措施,对于电信企业保障客户信息安全有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | With acceleration of the IT important channel for transmission of private construction, mobile communication becomes an information. However, there still exist many problems in the security of customer information management. This paper, for challenges to the telecom enterprise proposes the telecom enterprise customer information security protection model and from two aspects including protection strategies and technical support, suggests some measures in customer information protection. All this could serve as a reference for the telecom enterprise in its customer information security protection. |
