大型异步电动机的软起动控制

摘    要:大型异步电动机在轻载运行时,效率都较低。利用大功能晶闸管来取代传统的交通接触器,用单片机对异步电动机的功率因数角A和触发角Q,进行两段式控制,达到计算机仿真效果^〖1〗。控制调节异步电动机的软起动,能有效地降低起动电流,使其平滑起动运行,达到节约电能与延长异步电动机使用寿命的目的,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Large asynchronous motor has lower working efficianey when it works at light load .Using large power controlled silicon tube to replace conventional AC eontactor, computer simulation effect is achieved by using monolithic processor to control the power factor A and trigger angle Q of asynchronous motor1] The control and regulation of the starting of asynchronous motor can effectively reduce the starting of asynchronous motor with a monolithic processor,which effectively reduces the starting current and makes the motor start and work smoothly,thus saving the electric energy and prolonging the life of motor can be reached.
