| 摘 要： | 三门峡水库山西库区移民工作遗留问题较多，1987年开始对移民遗留问题进行了处理，确定了以恢复和发展经济为中心的工作方针，使得库区经济有了一定的发展。通过对多年来移民遗留问题处理工作的分析和总结，进一步找出了制约库区经济发展的因素，并提出了发展库区经济的新思路。
