矸石易泥化高灰原煤重介质分选工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了矸石易泥化高灰原煤重介质分选的技术基础,制作了新型旋流器的试验模型,试验研究取得了理想的分选效果,探索了矸石易泥化高灰原煤重介质分选工艺的工业应用可行性。利用FLUENT软件对新型旋流器的速度场进行数值模拟,通过流场的数值模拟观察了重介质旋流器的理论分选过程,为旋流器参数优化、结构改进提供了经济高效的途径,揭示了矸石易泥化高灰原煤分选旋流器能够实现高效分选的机理,从而为旋流器的工业应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the technical basis of heavy media separation process for high-ash raw coal with gangue easily-mudding.A test model of the new heavy media cyclone is made and an ideal separating effect is obtained.The practical feasibility of the process is explored.The FLUENT software is used to do a numerical simulation on the speed field of the new cyclone and its separation process is observed.It provides economical and high-effective way for parameter optimization and structural improvement of cyclone.It also reveals the efficient sorting mechanism of the separating cyclone for high-ash raw coal with gangue easily-mudding and establishes a foundation for the industrial applications of the cyclone.
