摘 要: | 古都开封文化底蕴深厚,饮食文化更是历史悠久、博大精深。起源于宋代都城东京的夜市,自古便形成了以小吃为主的格局。本文在对开封夜市饮食文化特色研究的基础上,提出了相应的旅游开发对策。

Abstract: | Kaifeng,an ancient capital,boasts a rich culture and a long culinary history.The night fair in Kaifeng originated in the Song Dynasty and has featured snacks since ancient times.This paper analyzes the fair’s features from the perspective of culinary culture before suggesting strategies for its tourism development. |
