发动机与静液压传动的匹配与仿真

摘    要:针对带有静液压变速器HST的农用车辆中发动机与变速器在多变工况下存在功率不匹配和发动机燃油经济性差的问题,根据静液压传动容积调速特性、发动机特性和最佳工作曲线,确立发动机与HST的匹配关系,提出积分分离PID控制算法的匹配调速控制策略,并建立动力传动系统数学模型。运用Matlab/Simulink模块建立动力传动系统的仿真模型,并进行了动态非线性仿真模拟,仿真结果显示发动机转速对最佳经济性和动力性目标转速的跟随性较好,改善动力系统的经济性能和动力性能。
