| 摘 要： | 针对目前尚无某金属浮选过程回收率预测模型的现状,以矿物浮选过程作为研究对象,以矿浆的动力学模型作为建模主体,在动力学模型的基础上采用灰色理论GM(1,1)建立一个残差补偿模型.利用前时刻实际回收率与预测回收率之间的偏差预估后时刻的偏差,将此偏差与动力学模型预测的回收率输出并联求和,对根据动力学原理建立的机理模型进行偏差补偿,得到一个集成模型.通过仿真检验,模型能够准确地预测浮选的回收率,达到满意的效果,为浮选过程仿真软件的开发提供了有力的参考.
