DCS对瓦楞原纸湿部特性及成纸性能的影响

摘    要:研究DCS对瓦楞原纸造纸湿部及成纸强度的影响。结果表明,随DCS中Mg2+、Na+、Ca2+浓度增加,电导率显著上升,Zeta电位和滤水性变化不大,阳离子需求量先下降后趋于平稳,留着率缓慢上升;随Al3+浓度递增,电导率先增后减,Zeta电位绝对值减小约70mV,滤水性显著提高,阳离子需求量骤降,甚至由正转负,留着率则先降后升;提取的DCS使电导率骤增,Zeta电位和滤水性下降,阳离子需求量显著增大,且留着率提高。Mg2+对瓦楞原纸强度无明显影响;Na+和Ca2+使环压指数和裂断长先升后降呈波动态势;Al3+加入后,环压指数先上升,当其浓度达0.5%后,开始骤减,裂断长则不断减小;随提取DCS添加量升高,环压指数先增后减,1.5%为拐点,裂断长呈下降趋势。通过模拟白水封闭循环,当循环达30次时,成纸环压指数最大,而裂断长在20次时开始下降。

Abstract:The effects of DCS on performance of wet-end and properties of corrugated hand-sheets were analyzed. The results showed that increasing the concentration of Mg2+ , Na+ , Ca2+ , conductance had a remarkable raise, Zeta electric potential and the drainage ability had no distinct change, the cationic demand decreased first and then stabilized, retention rate increased slowly. With the increase of concentration of Al3+ , conductance increased first and then decreased, and absolute value of Zeta electric potential had a sharp decline about 70 mV, the drainage ability had a distinct enhancement and the cationic demand had a rapid fall, indeed becoming positive from negative, retention rate decreased first and then increased. The extracted DCS from OCC took a sharp increase to conductance, and declined Zeta electric potential and the drainage ability, while the cationic demand and retention rate increased. Mg2+ had an unobvious effect on the properties of hand-sheets, but Na+ and Ca2+ took an increased first and then decreased to the ring crush index and the breaking length. When the consistency of Al3+ is up to 0.5%, the ring crush index and the breaking length had a rapid decline. With the increase of concentration of the extracted DCS, the ring crush index decreased first and then increased, and 1.5% is the inflexion. When the times of the circulation on the white water is up to 30, hand-sheets have a high ring crush index, and the breaking length begins to decrease when more than 20 times of simulating the circulation of the white water.
