摘    要:Offner型成像光谱仪具有结构紧凑,成像质量理想的优点,为了提高光谱分辨率,实现更多谱段的光谱成像,需要分光成像系统有强的集光能力,即需要大的相对孔径;为了消除折射材料的影响,提高光栅利用效率,系统应该全反射无遮拦,为此选用离轴三反射镜系统作为它的前置物镜。离轴三反射镜光学系统具有无色差、光谱范围宽、无遮拦、像差矫正能力强和对温度不敏感等优点,可作为成像光谱仪的理想前置系统。根据该成像仪的技术要求,得到系统F数为F/2.47,焦距为360mm,视场角为2.5°。通过优化设计,得到了一个大相对孔径的离轴三反射镜前置物镜系统。该系统相对孔径大,光能利用率高,成像质量达到衍射极限,特别是次镜采用球面,大大降低了制造检测难度和成本。

Abstract:Offner spectral imager has the advantages of compactness and ideal imaging quality. In order to improve its spectral resolution, acquire more spectral band images, its spectroscopic imaging systems must have high collectivity, i.e. large relative aperture.
