基于SERCOS接口的分布式离线插补数控系统设计

摘    要:针对实时插补数控的不足和分布式离线插补数控对现场总线要求苛刻的问题,提出了基于串行实时伺服通讯协议SERCOS的分布式离线插补数控系统,给出了基于SERCOS周期性同步机制的分布式离线插补控制原理。以嵌入式操作系统为平台给出了上位机主控制器和智能伺服驱动器软硬件系统设计。

Abstract:Aiming at the rigorous requirement for the field-bus in off-line-interpolation-CNC,it puts forward a kind of OLICNC system which based on Serial Real-time Communication Specification,It also discussed the control principle in detail based on the periodically synchronous mechanism of the SERCOS,Also based on the Embedded system platform it gave out the hardware and software design of the master controller and the smart driver controller for this new OLICNC method.
