| Abstract: | In this article, the shortcomings of the traditional vacuum pumps with double rotary vane and an improvement on the performance of double rotary vane vacuum pumps by series parallel connection are discussed, and two feasible ways to realize series parallel connection of vacuum pumps with double rotary vane are put forward, thus, the performance of pumps gets better. |
