易分散纳米聚苯胺改性环氧铁红底漆的防腐性研究

摘    要:
通过引入表面活性剂,合成了易分散纳米聚苯胺(PANI-1)。运用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)表征了聚苯胺的结构,利用电化学方法研究了聚苯胺的防腐性,并采用聚苯胺对环氧铁红底漆进行改性。研究发现,经过表面活性剂改性的聚苯胺为松散纳米结构,容易分散于有机溶剂中;腐蚀测试结果表明,聚苯胺对碳钢有较好的防腐蚀能力,当PANI-1含量为3.5%时,纳米聚苯胺改性环氧铁红底漆涂层具有较好的防腐蚀能力,可应用于桥梁、道路护栏等钢结构的防腐工程。

Abstract:
A well-dispersible nanopolyaniline(PANI-1)was synthesized by introducing the surface active agent. The polyaniline was characterized by FTIR and FE-SEM,the anti-corrosive performance of polyaniline was investigated by electrochemical method. The iron red epoxy primer was modified by well-dispersible nanopolyaniline. The research results showed that the surfactant modified polyaniline was well-dispersed in organic solvent because of its loose nanostructure. The EIS results showed that well-dispersible nanopolyaniline had better corrosion resistance on carbon steel,while the PANI-1 content was 3.5%,the nanopolyaniline modified iron red epoxy primer coating had good corrosion resistance,and the primer could be applied on steel structure of bridge and road guardrail.
