摘    要:文章结合某型号柴油机燃油喷射系统研制的攻关过程,论述了柱塞偶件的功能、结构特点和关键特性,从产品结构、工艺性及加工工艺过程系统地分析了柱塞偶件影响喷油泵怠速供油均匀性的因素,并对采取的技术措施和实施效果加以论证,通过优化柱塞结构和制造工艺,提高了该型号柴油机喷油泵怠速供油均匀性的设计技术指标。

Abstract:This article combined the research process of fuel injection system of XXX type diesel engine and described the function, structure and key charactristie of plunger couple, systematically analyzed the factors that affected the idling fuel supply uniformity of fuel pump from product structure, technology and manufacturing process, and demonstrated the adopted technologic measures and implementary effect. The designed technique data of idling fuel supply uniformity of fuel pump of XXX type diesel engine was improved by means of optimizing the plunger structure and the manufacturing process.
