锯齿形切屑几何表征分析

摘    要:针对锯齿形切屑几何表征的研究多侧重于锯齿化程度与频率,且切削用量和刀具参数对锯齿形切屑几何表征影响规律不一致.基于锯齿形切屑各种几何表征方法的定义,对两组正交试验的钛合金锯齿形切屑金相样本进行了各几何表征数值的测量计算,依据各几何表征的测量结果,深入系统地研究了切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量以及刀具前角对各几何表征的影响规律.

Abstract:The research on the geometric representation of sawtooth chips mainly focuses on the degree and frequency of sawtooth,and the influence of cutting parameters and tool parameters on the geometric representation of sawtooth chips is not consistent.In this paper the definitions of various geometric characterization methods of sawtooth chips are elaborated in detail.The measurement and calculation of the geometric characterization values of two sets of orthogonal test samples of titanium alloy sawtooth chips are carried out.Based on the measurement results of various geometric representations,the effects of cutting speed,feeding rate,back-feeding amount and tool rake angle on various geometric representations are systematically studied.
