摘    要:湿式钙法(以下简称湿法)烟气脱硫工艺原理是用石灰或石灰石浆液吸收烟气中的SO2,生成亚硫酸钙,亚硫酸钙又氧化成硫酸钙即石膏的过程。该工艺过程较为复杂,因此对测量仪表的选型需充分考虑其特殊性。文章针对湿法烟气脱硫系统,介绍了常用仪表的测量原理和选型,使仪表既满足控制系统的配置要求,又考虑被测仪表的精度要求,从而保证污染排放参数符合有关环保法规。

Abstract:The principle of wet flue gas desulfurization is absorbing SO2 of wet flue gas using lime or limestone serum,it forms sodium sulfite firstly,then creates gypsum by oxidation.It should be considered particularity of measuring instrument pattern selection because of complicated technology.The paper introduces measuring principle and pattern selection of common used instrument aiming at wet flue gas desulfurization,in order to meet configuration and accuracy requirement,and makes the emission accord with the relevant environmental code.
