摘    要:三峡永久船闸是我国通航建筑中规模最大的连续多级船闸。船闸机电、金属结构设备众多,运行方式和过闸工艺及其控制程序都较单级船闸复杂得多。因此,设备单机安装调试后,必须通过对设备系统的联合调试才能使船闸满足通航要求。三峡永久船闸金属结构及机电设备进行了无水和有水状态下的系统联合调试,通过调试,发现并解决了有关问题为,永久船闸的正常运行奠定了基础。

Abstract:The permanent ship lock of Three Gorges Project is the largest continuous lock-flight in scale in Chinese navigation works. Its metal structures and mechanical & electric equipment are complex, and its operation mode, lockage techniques and control programs are much more complicated than the single-stage ship lock. In order to satisfy the navigation requirements,the joint debugging of the equipment system must be qualified after the single equipment installation debugging. This article gives a comprehensive review about the purpose, items,main working scope,procedures,main problems,results and conclusions of the joint debugging of metal structures and the mechanical & electric equipment under water and without water in the permanent ship lock of Three Gorges Project.
