| 摘 要： | 公众参与是规划中的重要程序,但在目前并未得到很好的实施。在北川新县城灾后重建规划中,全程开展的公众参与为规划的制定与实施提供了技术支撑与民意基础,并获得良好成效。尽管灾后重建规划有其特殊性,但其方法、技术措施与思考对于我国规划中的公众参与具有探索与借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Public participation is an important planning process,which is not well implemented at present.In the post-disaster reconstruction plan of Beichuan new county town,public participation which is carried out in the whole process provides technical support and public opinion for design and implementation of the plan.Although the post-disaster reconstruction planning has its peculiarities,its methods,technical measures,and thinking have exploring and learning meanings for public participation in Chinese urban planning. |
