摘    要:目的研究改变地面气象台站探测环境监测传统的上报方式,建设国家级地面气象台站探测环境网络直报软件系统。方法采用基于互联网进行直报的方式,解决了使用Excel文件上报方式带来的查询、统计等困难的现状。系统使用WebGIS实现探测环境监测专题图的制作等。结论采用上述方法建设的国家级地面气象台站探测环境网络直报系统更能满足实际业务需求,可为各级气象部门进行探测环境保护工作提供更直观的决策支持服务信息。

Abstract:Objective Change ground meteorological station detection environment monitoring traditional reporting model, building national-level ground meteorological station detecting environmental monitoring network direct reporting software system. Method Using the Internet for direct report resolution to solve using Excel file report of query, statistics and other difficult situation. Combined with WebGIS for detecting environmental monitoring feature maps, etc. Result Using the above method of construction of national-level ground meteorological station detection environment network reporting system can better meet the real business needs, for all levels of the Meteorological Department for detecting environmental protection work to provide a more intuitive decision support service information.
