摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(简称ICP—AES)法同时测定锌铝合金中的镧、铈元素。对样品溶解条件及影响其光谱测定的各种因素进行了研究,确定了试验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,La的检出限为0.0011μg/mL,Ce的检出限为0.013μg/mL,回收率97.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.00%。方法中La的测定范围0.001%~0.5%,Ce的测定范围0.005%~0.5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,用于锌铝合金中La、Ce的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:In this paper, rare earth element lanthanum and cerium in zinc aluminum alloy are determined by ICP-AES method. The best condition for sample solvation is also studied. Detailed study is made on the factors influencing spectrometry determination and the optimal detecting conditions in this test are determined, The results show that the detection limit of lanthanum is 0. 001 1 μg/mL and the detection limit of cerium is 0. 013 μg/mL. The recovery is 97.0% - 104.0% and the relative standard deviation is less than 1.00%, The determining range of lanthanum is 0. 001%- 0. 5% , and the determining range of cerium is 0. 005% - 0. 5%, This method is accurate, rapid and convenient. Satisfactory results in the determination of lanthanum and cerium in zinc aluminum alloy were obtained.
