某低品位伴生银铅锌多金属矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对某低品位伴生银铅锌多金属硫化矿选别指标低、药剂制度不合理等问题,在分析原矿组成和矿石性质配矿的基础上,开展了一系列实验室选矿条件试验,确定了抑锌浮铅的优先浮选流程。将丁铵黑药和丁基黄药按照1∶1的配比组成组合药剂作为铅的捕收剂,Na2S为硫诱导剂,CaO和Na2CO3为黄铁矿及磁铁矿的抑制剂,ZnSO4和CuSO4分别为锌的抑制剂及活化剂,丁基黄药为锌的捕收剂。通过两粗三精三扫的浮选闭路试验,可获得铅精矿铅品位为60.29%,回收率为92.02%,其中含银826.13×10-6,银的回收率为72.75%;锌精矿锌品位为48.32%,回收率为92.30%,其中含银61.71×10-6,银的回收率为19.19%,说明该工艺浮选指标良好,对此类矿石的选别具有指导意义。

Abstract:A low grade polymetallic lead-zinc ore with associated silver has the problems of low selective indicators and unreasonable pharmacy system.Based on a series of condition experiments of mineral processing after analyzing composition and ore properties of raw ore and ore proportioning,preferential flotation process of zinc floating lead was determined.The lead mine were successfully separated from lead-zinc mineral under the conditions of that the collector was the combined reagent which with 1∶1 ratio of the ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and butyl xanthate,sodium sulfide as the sulfur inducer,lime and sodium carbonate as inhibitors of pyrite and magnetite.Zinc sulfate and copper sulfate are used as inhibitors and activators of zinc respectively.Under the conditions of two roughing,three scavenging,three cleaning of closed-circuit experiments,lead concentrate with lead grade of 60.29%,silver grade of 826.13×10-6 and lead recovery rate of 92.02%,silver recovery rate of 72.75% was obtained.The zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 48.32%,silver 61.71×10-6,zinc recovery rate of 92.30%,silver recovery rate of 19.19% also was obtained.It shows that the process has good flotation index and it can be instructive for the selection of such kind of ores.
