微库仑法测定原油中总氯含量

摘    要:采用微库仑法测定原油中总氯含量,微库仑仪器检测的最优条件为:温度950℃、O2流速300mL/min,测定结果可靠,该方法测定值与标准加和法测定结果的相对误差在0.71%~2.47%。采用微库仑法分别检测原油中总氯含量、有机氯含量,再计算原油中无机氯含量,不必额外测定原油中无机氯含量,且微库仑法检测速度快、操作简单、人为误差小。

Abstract:The total chlorine content in crude oil was determined by the Microcoulometry.The optimal conditions for microcoulometry detection wereat 950 ℃ with O2 flow rate of 300 mL/min.The measurement results were reliable and the relative errors range was from 0.71% to 2.47% by this method and standard method.The total chlorine content and organic chlorine content in crude oil were detected by microcoulometry.Then the inorganic chlorine content was calculated.The microcoulometry method can avoid the determination content of inorganic chlorine content in crude oil.The microcoulometry had many advantages,such as fast measure speed,easy operation and small man-made error.
