淬火温度对42CrMo高强度钢应力腐蚀断裂抗力的影响

摘    要:用俄歌能谱和电子显微镜研究了淬火温度对42CrMo高强度钢在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的应力腐蚀断裂性能的影响,结果表明,高温淬火和分级淬火可使应力腐蚀断裂抗力Kis∝值得到明显提高,对晶粒尺寸、杂质贪等因素的分析表明,Kis∝升高的主要原因是晶粒尺寸的增大所致。

Abstract:The effect of quenching temperature on the stress corrosion cracking resistance of high strength steel 42CrMo in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution has been studied by means of Auger electron spectrum technique and electron microscopy. Results show that both high temperature quenching and step quenching can apparently increase the stress corrosion cracking resistance K_(ISCC). The analyses on grain size, impurity segregation etc revealed that the increase of K_(ISCC) is mainly due to the increase of grain size.
