| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了用普通低合金钢经调质处理(淬火+回火)生产L80-1钢级石油套管的试制工艺过程。试制套管的机械性能和实物质量完全达到了API标准的要求,而且用一个钢种生产不同级别的套管可以降低冶炼生产的难度。

| Abstract: | In the paper,it is introduced the trial production process of L80-1 oil casing made with common low alloy steel by quenching and tempering.The results show that the mechanical properties and quality of the casing completely meet the requirements specified in American API standards,and the process of making casing of different grades with one type of steel can make smelting easier. |
