| 摘 要： | 对硫酸亚铁铵的生产工艺进行了研究,去掉了以往生产工艺中的第一步——由铁与硫酸反应制取硫酸亚铁的过程,而直接采用第二步——硫酸亚铁与硫酸铵在酸性条件下反应制备硫酸亚铁铵的生产工艺,确定了常温反应0.5h,蒸发温度85℃,pH=1.5,n（硫酸亚铁）：n（硫酸铵）为1：1的最佳工艺条件,其得率为95.34%,纯度为96.53%。 |

| Abstract: | Processing technology of ammonium ferrous sulfate was studied in this paper.The reaction with ferrous sulfate and ammonium sulfate in the acid medium was directly used to produce ammonium ferrous sulfate. The optimum conditions are as follows：0.5h of reaction time in room temprature,85℃of evaporating temprature, pH=1.5,ratio of ferrous sulfate and ammonium sulfate 1：1,the yeild and purifity of ammonium ferrous sulfate was 95.34%and 96.53%respectively. |
