单圆弧PCE型离合器楔合过程力学特性分析

摘    要:运用有限元和动力学分析方法,针对单圆弧PCE型离合器的接触状态进行了动、静力学分析;在Marc平台上建立了由楔块和内外环组成的PCE型离合器的三维有限元模型,通过分析,得到了各接触体的等效Mises应力、法向应力和接触变形,结果表明,单圆弧型离合器的接触应力和变形相对较大。通过Admas对PCE型离合器的动力学仿真,得到了离合器的楔合时间、楔入冲击力及稳态楔合力等参数。结果表明,单圆弧型离合器楔合时间长、楔入冲击力大、稳态楔合力大。由有限元和动力学计算的结果和解析法一致,证明了有限元和动力学模型的正确性。

Mechanical properties analysis of engaging process of the single arc PCE–type clutch
Abstract:In this study, both finite element and dynamic analysis were conducted to explore the contact status of the single arc PCE-type clutch; the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of PCE-type clutch, which consists of the wedge、the inner race and the outer race ,was established in the MARC platform. The equivalent mises stress、normal stress and contact deformation of the contact bodies were got through the analysis. The simulation results indicate that the contact stress values and contact deformation are large; the engagement time、impact of engagement、steady engagement force and other parameters were got through ADAMS dynamics simulation, the results indicate that the engagement time is long,the impact of engagement and the steady engagement force are large. This study provides basises for the PCE-type clutch design and deficiency analysis.
