摘    要:光纤陀螺是一种重要的导航装置,光纤环(FOC)作为其敏感核心元件决定了光纤陀螺的精度和稳定性。本文针对FOC绕制过程中,边缘光纤匝易产生挤压变形,出现叠丝、塌陷等绕制缺陷,以及FOC绕制效率低等问题,构建了FOC三维仿真模型、分析了边缘非对称四级结构FOC在不同温度载荷下的SHUP误差、优化了光纤环换层绕纤边缘自动控制方法。最后,实际绕纤实验验证了所述方法的有效性。

Abstract:Fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) is an important navigation device,and as its sensitive core element fiber optic ring (FOC) determines the accuracy and stability of FOG.During FOC winding process,extrusion deformation is likely to arise in the edge of the optical fiber turn,leading to winding defects such as overlapping yarn and collapse.To solve these problems and improve FOC winding efficiency,3D FOC simulation model was built,the SHUP effects of FOC with incomplete symmetry quadruple structure under different temperature load were analyzed,and the automatic edge control method of cross-layers was optimized.Finally,the effectiveness of the method was verified by actual winding experiments.
