摘    要:图像式角位移测量技术是采用数字图像处理技术实现光电位移精密测量的新兴技术。因其较传统莫尔条纹技术更能在小尺寸光栅码盘下实现高精度、高分辨力的角位移测量,已成为当前的研究热点之一。为了进一步研究图像式角位移测量技术,本文系统的对现有的使用图像探测器的测量技术进行了分析,总结了国内外发展现状的优缺点,并对图像式角位移测量技术的发展进行了展望,为高精度高分辨力角位移测量技术的研究提供依据。

Abstract:Photographic angular displacement measurement technology is an emerging technology which applying digital image processing technique for achieving fine photoelectric displacement measurement.It has been one of the hotspots in current study for achieving higher precision and higher resolution angular displacement measurement with small size disk compared with conventional encoder.In order to do in-depth research the photographic angular displacement measurement technology,the current photographic angular displacement measurement technology with image detectors was systemic analyzed in this paper.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages of the current photographic angular displacement measurement technology were concluded.Finally,gave a perspective to the trend for the angular displacement measurement technology.
