摘    要:气流粉碎技术是一种有效的粉末细化方法,目前主要应用于化工、医药等领域,在硬质合金制备领域应用气流粉碎技术目前还鲜有报道。以同种WC粉末为原料,分别采用高能球磨和气流粉碎的方法细化,通过实验对比两种工艺制备出粉末的物理性能及粒度分布、微观结构。发现气流粉碎方法细化粉末粒度小、分布均匀、无团聚、性能较好,适宜于制备高性能超细硬质合金。

Abstract:As an effective powder pulverizing technique, jet mill has been widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutics and aviation, However, its practice on the fields of cemented carbide has seldom been reported. This paper compares the physical properties, distribution of particle size and microstructure of two kinds of finished products by means of ball-mill and jet-mill respectively using the same raw WC powder. The experimental data show that a better ultra-fine WC powder is acquired by jet mill treatment, with smaller average particle size, tight particle distribution and non-agglomeration. So jet mill is suitable for synthesizing high-quality ultra-fine cemented carbide.
