| 摘 要： | 位置控制是轧制工艺中一项重要控制内容,其控制的好坏直接影响到成材如厚度、宽度等的尺寸精度要求。为了提高位置控制的精度,一种新型的全液压型位置控制技术开始投入应用,它从控制方法和执行机构两方面入手,尽可能地杜绝位置控制过程中的不利因素。实际应用结果表明,产品的控制精度有了明显提高,在类似的生产控制领域中,有一定的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Accuracy of position control affects the quality of the product such as its width or thickness.In order to improve the position control accuracy,new technology of full-hydraulic position control is used in actual production.It reduces the disadvantage in the control process as soon as possible by the way of the control method and executor.And it makes the control precision better than before in actual practice.So it is worthy of spreading in the similar rolling field. |
