煤矸石增钙煅烧的机理

摘    要:研究了徐州未燃煤矸石以石膏和萤石作矿化剂煅烧前后结构变化及其活化机理.采用X射线衍射和核磁共振测试手段对煤矸石活化过程的物质组成和微观结构进行分析.结果表明:随着Ca与Si的摩尔比和煅烧温度的提高,煤矸石样品的活性也增加.煅烧过程中,硅氧四面体结构从高聚态向低聚态转变,生成多种胶凝性硅酸盐矿物.同时,煅烧前后铝氧结构也发生变化,铝的配位数由6变成4.因此,煅烧激活了煤矸石的硅氧结构,稳定了铝氧结构,有利于煤矸石胶凝活性的改善.

Abstract:Microstructure variations and the activation mechanism of Xuzhou flesh coal gangue were studied during calcination with gypsum and fluorite. X-ray diffraction and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy were used to analyze the composition and microstructure of the calcined coal gangue. The results show that the activation of coal gangue increases with the increasing of molar ratio of Ca to Si, and calcination temperature. During calcination, the polymerization degree of the Si-O tetrahedron tends to be depressed and more hydraulic silicate minerals are produced. The coordination number of Al changes from 6 to 4 after calcination. Calcination can activate the Si-O structure, stabilize the Al-O structure, and improve the activity of coal gangue.
