旋风式选粉机的改造机理及应用

摘    要:
旋风式选粉机在细粉的分离、产品细度的调节等方面均优于离心式选粉机,但由于其分级力场的不稳定、物料分散的不充分和不均匀及细度控制的不灵敏等,使其分级性能与第三代高效选粉机相比仍有较大差距。采用NHX高效转子式选粉机技术,对其进行结构改造,并配套粉磨工艺参数的调整等相关技术,可使旋风式选粉机的选粉效率约提高40%,粉磨系统的产量约提高20%~30%,效益显著。

Abstract:
The cyclone separator is superior in fine powder separation and product fineness regulation etc. than the centrifugal separator. However, its separation performance is still a long way behind the third generation high efficiency separator due to its unstable separation field of force, uneven and insufficient material distribution as well as the insensitive fineness regulation etc. With the structural conversion using NHX high efficiency rotor type separator technology and the corresponding adjustment of grinding process parameters, the efficiency of the cyclone separator could be increased by 40%, and the production of the grinding system could be increased by ca. 20%-30%, which reveals a substantial economic benefit.
