| 摘 要： | 根据多年从事监理工作的经验,在运用项目投资控制的基本原理对项目投资进行有效监督和控制的基础上,提出了应从严格审查施工组织设计和施工方案、严格核实工程量以及严格控制工程变更三方面进行控制,以保证项目投资计划的落实。

| Abstract: | According to the long time supervising experience,it puts forward that making control from the strictly checking construction organization design and construction program,strictly verifying the quantity and control the project alternation on base of using the program investment control basic principle to get the effective supervision and control to program investment,to assure the putting into effect of program investment planning. |
