新型贝氏体装甲钢的组织和力学性能

摘    要:研究了高强度新型贝氏体装甲钢板热轧、低温回火和热轧、正火、低温回火及不同温度回火的组织和性能,测试了不同低温的冲击韧度和焊接接头的力学性能.结果表明,轧态、低温回火和正火低温回火钢板的组织为贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体组织,淬火低温回火钢板的组织为马氏体、贝氏体铁素体和残余奥氏体组织.不同状态的装甲钢板具有高的回火抗力、良好的强韧性及低温冲击韧度和焊接性能,及可作为车辆防护装甲.

Abstract:Microstructures and mechanical properties of novel bainite armour steel plates were studied for hot rolled and low temperature tempered, hot rolled and normalised, quenched and low temperature tempered samples. Impact toughness at different low temperatures and mechanical properties of welds were tested. Results show that for hot rolled and low temperature tempered samples the microstructure of new type bainite armour steel plate is bainite ferrite(BF)and retain austenite (AR) and for quenched and low temperature tempered samples the microstructure is lath martensite (M) and retain austenite (AR). All the treated armour steels have good strength, toughness and low temperature impact toughness, welding property and higher tempering resistance. The novel bainite armour steel plate can be used for military vehicle armour.
