摘    要:在采集水下图像时,由于水面对光的反射和散射会导致水下图像对比度下降。针对这一情况,提出了一种基于离散平稳小波变换的算法,对图像进行去噪和对比度增强的处理。实验表明:新算法能够有效地增强水下图像的对比度,同时还能够很好地抑制图像中的白噪声。

Abstract:Considering the fact that when collecting the underwater images,the reflection and scattering of water surface can cause image contrast decrease,a new algorithm based on discrete stationary wavelet transform was proposed to enhance both image contrast and denoising.Experimental results show that this algorithm can restrain white noise in the image effectively while enhancing the contrast of underwear image.
