贵州地区既有中小型办公建筑节能改造研究

摘    要:以贵州中建建筑科研设计院有限公司办公楼为节能改造对象,通过建筑围护结构、室内用电设备(空调和照明)、雨水回收系统等改造,研究适合贵州地区既有中小型公共建筑的节能改造技术.通过PKPM建筑能效测评软件进行测评可知,节能改造后办公楼节能率为66.7%,超过了节能50%的标准要求,其结果可供贵州地区既有建筑节能改造借鉴.

Abstract:Taking the office building of Guizhou Construction Science Research and Design Institute Limited Company of CSCEC for example,the energy saving retrofitting technologies for the existing mid-small-size office buildings in Guizhou were expounded,including technologies on envelope insulation,air conditioner,lighting systems,and rainwater utilization systems.According to the building energy efficiency evaluation results of PKPM software,the energy efficiency rate of the office building was 66.7%,above the standard aim of comprehensively saving 50% of energy,which can provide a useful reference for energy efficiency work of buildings in Guizhou.
