摘    要:利用MQ-800型四球摩擦试验机测定了生物油以及生物油和甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯混合物的摩擦学特性;利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了钢球摩擦后的磨损表面形貌;并采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了磨损表面元素的化学状态.摩擦试验表明,生物油具有一定的润滑性,固体颗粒的含量对润滑性能有较大影响,含量越高,摩擦性能越好,在生物油中添加10%助剂后,摩擦性能大幅下降.SEM分析表明,经生物油润滑后,磨损表面的C含量显著增加,主要是形成了含C-OH和C=O官能团的有机物.

Abstract:A MQ-800 four-ball machine was used to determine the tribological properties of bio-oil and its mixtures with methanol,ethanol,acetone and ethyl acetate.The morphologies of the worn ball surfaces were observed with scanning electron microscope(SEM).The chemical states of the elements on the worn surfaces were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS).The results indicated that the bio-oil possessed some lubricity,and the solid content could improve its tribological performance.After addition of 10%(...
