某铜钼矿合理选矿工艺的研究

摘    要:针对某铜钼矿石进行了选矿合理工艺流程的研究。采用混合浮选铜钼硫粗精矿, 钼与铜硫分离后, 铜硫再分离的工艺流程, 可获得铜精矿品位21.40%、回收率83.48%, 钼精矿品位46.87%、回收率86.70%, 硫精矿品位45.16%、回收率77.91%的技术指标, 实现了铜、钼、硫矿物与脉石矿物的有效分离。

Abstract:Study was carried out to obtain a reasonable mineral processing technology for a Cu-Mo ore.Adopting a technique flowsheet consists of a bulk flotation to obtain Cu-Mo-S rough concentrate,a separation of Mo from Cu-S,and a further Cu-S separation,copper concentrate with a grade and recovery of 21.40% and 83.48%,a molybdenum concentrate with a grade and recovery of 46.87% and 86.70%,and a sulfur concentrate with a grade and recovery of 45.16% and 77.91%,respectively,were prepared,and the effective separation ...
