带锯齿型叶冠涡轮叶片振动特性实验研究

摘    要:为了研究锯齿型叶冠的振动特性,本文根据锯齿冠叶片的特点和试验条件,设计了夹持锯齿冠叶片的夹具,分别以单叶片、三叶片联装和多个叶片联装模型为实验模型,完成了带锯齿型叶片的瞬态激振试验和简谐激振试验。分析了不同边界条件下锯齿型叶冠的固有振动特性,以及在不同条件下的振动阻尼。最后,在分析试验结果的基础上,探讨了锯齿型叶冠对涡轮叶片振动特性的影响。

Abstract:According to characteristic of the turbine blade with zigzag-shroud and the lab condition,the clamp to the blade was designed,three kinds of experiment model was used,single-blade model,three-blades model and several-blades model,and the modal experiment and harmonic experiment was finished for analyzing the vibration characteristics of the turbine blades with zigzag-shroud in this paper.Meanwhile the modal vibration and the vibration damping of the blade with zigzag-shroud was researched.In the end,the effect of zigzag-shroud on the vibration of the blade was discussed based on the experiments.
