世界饮食文化评述

摘    要:饮食文化系指饮食、饮食加工技艺、饮食营养保健,以及以饮食为基础的经营管理、科学技术、文化艺术、思想观念、生活习俗与哲学体系之总和.对3大鲜明地域、8个独特国家、5个古朴民族和5种奇异宗教的饮食文化进行一些概略的评述,期盼能对食品业和餐饮业的开拓经营有一些帮助.

Abstract:Food and drink culture refers to food and drink, its processing technology, nutrition and health protection as well as the total of management, science technology, cultural arts, ideology, living custom and philosophy system on the basis of food and drink. Through the sketch evaluation of the food and drink cultures of three large areas, eight special countries, five nationalities of primitive simplicity, and five strange religions, some assistances are expected in catering field and pioneering management of catering field.
