| 摘 要： | 随着西部大开发战略的实施,生态环境建设成为其中非常重要的一项内容,许多部门都热衷于与生态环境建设有关的项目.特别是水土保持部门对水土保持生态工程建设更是情有独钟,水土保持生态工程建设在近年来的自然环境保护中扮演着越来越重要的角色,对此就水土保持与生态环境建设之间的关系进行探讨.
