摘    要:如何保证隧洞形体和混凝土外观是洞室施工的一个重点,也是一个难点.武警水电第二总队三峡工程指挥所在三峡电源电站尾水洞衬砌施工过程中,采用钢模台车浇筑标准段,钢木结合的方法浇筑非标准段,取得了较好的形体和外观质量.在进行衬砌顶拱浇筑过程中,采用大陷度自密实混凝土,克服了一般泵送混凝土进行顶拱浇筑时经常堵管和不易浇筑密实的问题.从后期回填灌浆确认采用大陷度自密实混凝土浇筑方法是成功的.

Abstract:How to assure the appearance and configuration of concrete lined tunnel is a key point, and also a difficult point for chamber construction. In the construction process of tailrace tunnel of TGP power source station by Three Gorges Project Headquarters of No.2 General Branch of Armed Police Hydropower Engineering Troops, the standard section concrete was placed by steel form jumbo and non-standard section concrete was placed by steel-wood combination method, and satisfactory configuration and appearance quality were achieved. In the placement of crown lining concrete, large slump self -densified concrete was used and the problems of frequent blocking of concrete pumping pipe and difficult to placing concrete densely were solved. The later-stage backfill grouting showed that the adopted large slump self-densified concrete placing method was successful.
