变速器设计方案可拓综合评价方法

怎样更好地对变速器等机械设计方案进行综合评价问题的研究十分重要。本文基于可拓学理论,通过对物元模型的分析,提出了变速器设计方案可拓综合评价方法。通过研究首先构建了评价模型,并以汽车变速器设计方案为实例,从燃油经济性、动力性、换档平顺性和制造成本等四个方面对其进行了可拓综合评价。通过综合评价对设计方案进行了优选,经实际应用验证了该评价方法具有操作简单、可靠性高、实用性强等特点。

Research on the Evaluation of Gearbox Design Schemes Based on Extension Methodology

How to find a better way to evaluate the design schemes such as gearbox and other mechanical equipments is always an importnant problem.An assessing method is proposed for gearbox design schemes,which is based on the matter-element model deduced from the theories of extension.An automobile gearbox design scheme is discussed,which is based on fuel economy,dynamics,comfort of gear shift and manufacture cost.Using correlation function of the extension matter-element model,the automobile gearbox design schemes can be evaluated,and the result of the exempe shows that the extension theory is effective and reliable.
