新型铝箔衬纸复合用酪蛋白胶的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种以干酪素为主要原料研制的铝箔衬纸胶粘剂的配方、制备工艺及技术性能。采用氨水溶解干酪素,硼砂作交联剂。讨论了固含量、碱、交联剂、反应时间、反应温度等因素对胶粘剂的制备与性能的影响。结果表明:在氨水用量为2.5g,尿素22g,硼砂3.5g,反应温度为65℃左右时制得的酪蛋白胶性能最佳。尿素可提高胶的韧性,使胶粘剂形成胶膜,同时可降低胶粘度,增加胶的流动性。

Abstract:The formulation , preparation technique and properties of the novel casein adhesive which using casein as the raw materials for interleaving aluminum foil paper are introduced in the paper . Ammonia water can be used to dissolve casein and borax is used as cross-linking agent. It is discussed that the effect of some factors on the adhesive properties that are the solid quantity, base, cross-linking agent, reaction time, reaction temperature and so on. The experiment shows the best reaction conditions are that ammonia water is 2.5 g, urea is 22 g, borax is 3.5 g and the reaction temperature is 65℃ or so. Urea can improve the tenacity of adhesive, reduce the viscosity of adhesive and increase fluidity of adhesive.
